Lost Subscription Order????

Hi there,

I was starting to feel worried for still not having received Pathfinder #27 and some other items which I subscribed to.

My worries were confirmed upon having a look at my order history (--> my account). The following items apparently were never sent to me - neither are they apparently supposed to be sent to me despite being part of my subscriptions:

- Pathfinder #27
- Pathfinder Module: Carrion Hill
- Pathfinder Chronicles: Cities of Golarion

When checking for the order of these items and its whereabouts, please also find out whether there are any other missing items I didn't notice.

P.S. Edited: It's as if these items were never part of my subscription: No order, no entry in my download section.
Could it be tht these items got lost when you re-scheduled shipment of some of my order items in late 2009?

Late 2009 we switched to requiring all international customers to include a phone number with their addresses. When the November subscriptions came out some time after the switch, the system did not generate subscription items for international addresses that did not have a phone number added at that time. Once a phone number was added, the subscriptions resumed with the next month's items.

I have added the items that were skipped from your subscriptions

- Pathfinder #27
- Pathfinder Module: Carrion Hill
- Pathfinder Chronicles: Cities of Golarion
- Flip Mat: Pathfinder Lodge

and they will go out with the upcoming subscription shipment in the next week or so.
