Problem with Order #1305061

I placed an order in mid-November, it says it was shipped on November 24th. It is currently December 22nd, and I have yet to receive my order. Previous orders from your store have arrived within two weeks of their shipping date, if not one. Is there any means you have of contacting your shipper in regards to the delay? I understand that it is holiday season, but this is still quite absurd.

Your addresses destination may explain some of the delay, but the length of time is a bit longer than it should be. I've set up replacements for you. If the original package shows up in the meantime, please let me know so I can cancel the replacements.
