Sometimes other members of the community are able to jump in and answer questions or explain issues faster than we can get to message boards, but sometimes problems with products/orders are personal or easier to explain via email.
If you don't wish to post your question on the message-board, you can email customer.service@paizo.com and if it isn't a question customer service can answer, we'll forward it on to the person who can.
