Not sure if it is bad form to post openly about a problem with a product on the message boards. I just need to know who to contact. Thanks.

Sometimes other members of the community are able to jump in and answer questions or explain issues faster than we can get to message boards, but sometimes problems with products/orders are personal or easier to explain via email.
If you don't wish to post your question on the message-board, you can email customer.service@paizo.com and if it isn't a question customer service can answer, we'll forward it on to the person who can.
