Does Paizo offer any one-shot products?
By one-shot, I mean a pre-designed campaign that can be completed in 1-3 sessions.
I've seen the Adventure Paths products, but it looks like they're meant to be played over a longer period of time.
If no previous one-shot products are currently available, it would be cool to see a book of one-shots released in the future.
Any idea where I can download some ideas for one-shots?

They have a whole line of adventure modules that are probably 2 to 3 sessions long. I am currently running one that I stuck in the middle of my Crimson Throne campaign to give the group a level before moving on the the next phase of the campaign.
There are also a bunch of Pathfinder Society Scenarios that take around 4 hours to run.

Hmmm, that sounds like it might be what I'm looking for.
Any suggestions on which modules/scenarios I should look at?

I'm pretty sure the Pathfinder Modules are exactly what you're looking for.

For one-shots that can be played in a few hours, many of the pathfinder scenarios are great.
I ran Silent Tide (PFS #1) and it went over great. Only a few encounters, but there is a great mix of roleplaying, puzzles (Grandmaster Torch is a riot) and combat. I did it as sort of a beer and pretzels intro to Pathfinder and it went over so well that it expanded into a campaign.
Also, the adventure in the Treasure Chest Box (Into the Haunted Woods) is quick and fun. And, again, it has a nice mix of combat, mystery, some VERY minor artifacts, and roleplaying...And it has all the props you need for the game: flip map, item cards, map pack, and crit hit deck along with a fun module.)
ITHW was another demo I did (for another group) that became the prelude to Rise of the Runelords...
