And no. There's no global map yet. Just the one you see in that picture, which shows Avistan and (most of) Garund. There was a large discussion about the target latitudes of different locations on the map, and the map you linked to looks pretty close. Alkenstar was said to be at the Tropic of Cancer, Magnimar was supposed to be on a similar latitude as Seattle, and the icecap was supposed to be close to the arctic circle. So that's about right.
