LA, Lake Charles - Pathfinder, probably an Adventure Path

Trying to set up a group to meet weekly or every two weeks in Lake Charles, Louisiana. New players are welcome, but I ask that you be over 18. Games will be in the evenings, but the particular day hasn't been decided yet. Emphasis will be on roleplay - there will be combat, of course, but a hack-n-slash gore-fest isn't what I'm looking for. Try the library, usually can book one of the rooms at the Central Library for free. The small ones, downstairs.

Also if there is a comic book store, try that. I will be in town this weekend and should be able to assist in this.

SO did this ever happen? I live here in Ragley north of Lake Charles. I would like to get a few people to roll some dice! Got a Pathfinder fantasy version of Lake Charles as well that I would love people to help flesh out as well.

I'm afraid not. In fact, in the three and a half years since I posted this, I have moved out of Louisiana. Sorry.

That said, there is a comic shop in Lake Charles - Paper Heroes. You might ask around there. But most of my friends that play PF now live in Lafayette, and those that live in LC tend to be into World of Darkness LARP now.
