Song of Wind and Water (order #1299052)

I just purchased the Song of Wind and Water PDF but after downloading it, it will neither open nor allow itself to be extracted. Is this an unique problem to my download or is there something about the file I need to know in order to open it as a PDF.

If you're saying your unzipper complains about the file, try repersonalizing and redownloading it—it may have become corrupted in transit.

If the unzipper isn't complaining, but you're getting an empty folder, well, the default unzipping utility in some version of Windows has issues with some files. Using an alternate unzipping utility should solve the problem.
