Interesting. I haven't heard of 'em either and just like you, I'm always about variant options I can cherry pick. I wonder if there's a PDF equivalent or author web site (I haven't bothered to try yet to practice my google-fu).

There is a link on lulu there, "available as download" for $8. Let me know how good it is, for $8 I don't want to waste my money...

Man, I can't wait until POD gets down to a more reasonable level. $15.99 for a 30-page saddle-stitched black and white doesn't resonate well with me.
For $8 printed, I'd grab this in a minute.
EDIT: Maybe that's just his pricing, and not the production cost. There's a 195-page casewrap hardcover black and white D20 book on Lulu for $31.98, and an 85-page perfect bound black and white D20 book for $9.95, neither of which sound quite as off.
