Further down that page, a video shows the same guy using an ancient Chinese repeating crossbow. Looks like he just mechanized one of those. So, probably just a Numerian or Alkenstar variant on the "standard" exotic repeating crossbow.

Gotta agree with upthread. Guy looks like either a Gnome or a Dwarf, both of which I associate with projects like the one shown. I'd like to see a heavy version of it, but I'm always into 'bigger boom'. Then again, I'm the one who's actually been quoted as saying: "Happiness is a crew-served weapon!"

Personally? I'd just enchant a repeating Magic Missile into a handheld device.
