Clothing worn and enumbrance

In the old 3.5 days when you wore clothing it didn’t count towards your encumbrance. In the new Core Rule Book it doesn’t say your clothing doesn’t count toward your encumbrance so, I’m assuming it does.

Is there some new ruling that clothing doesn’t count toward your encumbrance. Unless there is some place on these boards that says differently, I’m assuming clothing weighs its weight while you wear it. Let me know the latest, thank you.

At the moment, clothing counts toward encumbrance. This may change with the release of updated errata or FAQs but until that time, encumbrance should be calculated based on the rules as written.

There is somewhere here a statement by Jason - clothing does count. There was some discussion a few weeks ago. Search down the list for encumbrance and you should find it. If necessary I will look on Sunday to dig it out.
