OK. I was wrong about full BAB progression. The class should have 3/2 BAB (rounded up).
It should also be able to have the full spell progressions, combined, of all the core spellcasting classes. I'm excluding base and prestige classes, because that would just be insane.
And laser beams!

Come on guys, you've missed out the most obviously important class ability. From first level, At will, ranged touch attacks with save or die effects, DC = 10+class level+highest attribute.
Else, what is the point?
Pfft. Lame. Only stupid clerics need to make a touch attack AND grant a save. The zerth has a choice - either make the ranged touch attack with a bonus equal to an ability modifier of their choice, or the save, but not both.

I think he should be limited to a Chaotic Neutral alignment. That way you don't have to muck around with that whole morality. It always gets in the way of serious butt kicking.
How about blades embedded in the hands that can be retracted at will?
Oh, and the ability to create wands out of thin air.
It should also include flavor text that explains the world in which the character lives is not real, but a digital creation designed to keep the various races enslaved to some ultimate AI. The zerth characters are the only ones who know and they can defy reality because none of it is truly real. I mean, this class does have to be grounded in the world and all.

Oh and they should be able to teleport....with a Bamf sound.

I would like to point out I was the first to call for the Zerth. But they should have double BAB, and cast from the Arduin Grimoire spell list.
Also, they should have Armor Proficiency: M1A2 Abrams, and be allowed a repeating blade firing silver sword at first level. .50 cal. That overcomes all DR. Furthermore, they should get spell penetration and improved spell penetration as bonus feats.
I still think with all that, they'll be underpowered compared to the wizard or the Pathfinder paladin, though.

Just found this bit of information on Wikipedia...
The hero [...] is a 12-pound ball of tar named Gish. He is lacking of any external organs except yellow glowing eyes and fanged teeth. His gelatinous nature gives him the ability to become sticky, slippery or heavy and expanded at will, among other capabilities.
[...] When sticky, he can climb up walls, stick to ceilings, and plant himself firmly to a solid object. Becoming slick makes Gish slippery and frictionless, letting him slide down pipes and squeeze out of being crushed. Using heavy turns Gish's body into a rigid weight, allowing him to fall faster, squash enemies, smash breakable platforms, sink in water, and resist being crushed. To jump, Gish must first compress his body, then expand to launch himself into the air.
The abilities can be combined for use in certain situations[...].

It's all about the benjamins. Utah can't touch Florida's financial power. The same would have been said that Bowling Green couldn't touch Utah's; etc.
Urban originated from out here in Ohio. If Notre Dame can't get him, I wonder if they're going to cough up the dough and try to get another Ohio prospect - Brian Kelly. Done wonders for Cincy past couple of years.

They have to launch a satellite into orbit from China every time Tim Tebow throws ten passes to correct the earth's orbit.
He's an Oracle of Football. His only flaw is he doesn't feel pain.
Tebow has a CMB of +57. He has more rushing touchdowns than Iuz and Mordenkainen combined.
I thought they needed to launch those satellites to get a GPS read on how errant Tebow's passes were. The last time he caught a receiver in stride was about the last time he reached home plate with a woman.
Wait, that would be never...
;)
