Would it be legal to translate OGL content to another language?
And it it is, should the OGL legalese be kept in English or should it be translated to the other language too?
As nobody seems to be translating Pathfinder to the my language I was thinking about translating it myself. And don't know if that is covered by the OGL or not.

The OGL does specifically allow translation. However, keep in mind that under the OGL you can't use trademarks like Pathfinder or Paizo without a license from us.

Hello Vic Wertz, i have another question about this topic.
Would it be legal to translate MSRD content to another language to develop my own (campaign) world? In germany, the MSRD isn´t translatet until now, so we have no contact person for this case.
If this is legal,i want use elements of the prd (like character advancement, combat maneuvers and some other things) for this world.
I don´t want to use trademarks or copyrighted material from Paizo or WotC, only material from the PRD and MSRD (OGL material).
thanks

As I understand it, the OGL allows you to translate anything defined as Open Game Content under the OGL, and since the Modern SRD is OGC, and the PRD is OGC, you can do that. You may wish to consult an intellectual properties attorney to be certain, though.
(Also, just to be technical here, the PRD and the Modern SRD, and pretty much everything else published under the OGL are actually copyrighted documents. While the OGL gives you the ability to use them in your own products, it does not change their copyright status.)
