I had a question with respect to a cleric choosing to be unaligned (ie no deity selected) is legal for organized play.
The Core book indicates that 'If a cleric is not devoted to a particulary deity, she still selects two domains...' pg 40
However discussion arose in our gaming group from the Guide to Organized Play (2.01) Chap 5, Step 9 about: selecting a deity, unaligned or aethist.
It goes on further to comment about worshipping an evil deity and the impacts on play. But it doesn't comment on clerics who choose not to be devoted to an deity.
This discussion had most of our group in the opinion that clerics should have a deity.
As such we are just looking to clarify what is legit.
Thanks!

Just beat my way thru the FAQ 2.0 and found my answer.

You lose some abilities (no deity favored weapon, for example) and distance yourself from the flavor of Golarion, something I'm not interested in seeing explored. There are plenty of options for Clerics, flavor-wise and domain-wise.In the PFRPG rules, it says:
"While the vast majority of clerics revere a specific deity, a small number dedicate themselves to a divine concept worthy of devotion—such as battle, death, justice, or knowledge—free of a deific abstraction. (Work with your GM if you prefer this path to selecting a specific deity.)"Does that mean that a Pathfinder Society cleric can worship a "divine concept"? If so, can she choose any two domains, as long as they fit with the "divine concept"?
