First, please don't take this post as griping. Just looking for information.
I've been waiting around *forever* for the Bestiary because I have my RPG shipments bundled with my AP shipments (and part three of Council of Thieves is off schedule). Received a "shipping soon" notice the other day and my wife told me this afternoon that my credit card has been charged for this shipment...but I have received no shipping notice and the downloads aren't available in "My Downloads".
So:
1) How much of a delay between being charged and receiving my downloads should I expect in this instance...and in the future if this is a special delay for some reason.
2) Is it at all possible to be charged and receive the PDFs of products I have ordered even though the physical product won't be shipped for some time to come? I realize you can't charge until you ship (or at least that's how it is with my cc acceptance agreement) but I would count giving me access to the PDF as "shipped" and be happy to pay you for the book in advance in that case.

Last week we authorized your card for the amount in preparation for shipping; it won't actually be charged until we ship your order, which should happen sometime this week. We do the auths (and send out order confirmation e-mails) a few days in advance so that people who need to make adjustments have some time to get things in order.
As for the second point, our subscription fulfillment process is built around the act of shipping packages, so the PDFs will only be added to your account when the corresponding print edition has been shipped.
Ah. Maybe it shows as "pending". I'll double-check it myself. No problems at all, BTW, I was just checking if there was an issue. And, no problem on the PDF. I actually figured that'd be the answer - and, as the PDF is a subscriber bene not the actual product, that makes sense. Still, in the future, it'd be a nice feature of subscriptions.
