Okay, I've done this four times now, and I never had this problem with the Core Rulebook PDF.

I add the PDF of the bestiary, then proceed to checkout.
I enter my credit card details.
The first time I already had my address details filled in for me, so I duly click on the 'Use this address' button, only be told I need a local telephone number for non-US orders.
The second time I put in all the same address details, but add my local telephone number but when I click on *that* 'Use this address' button, I'm told the same thing.

I've tried a couple more times and always with the same result. A little bit of digging shows that a 'local telephone number is required for all non-US orders over 4 pounds'. Eh? This is a PDF - it weighs nothing.

As an aside, please can you amend the shipping destinations? Although I am living in Great Britain, those in Northern Ireland are not - and they don't have a 'Northern Ireland' to choose. Of course, if it said 'United Kingdom' they could choose that. :)

Babbage,

What you're doing *should* work—assuming the addresses are in fact the same—so we'll have Gary look into it, but for now, instead of creating a new address that's identical to the old one, try clicking the "add phone number" button on the old address.

The statement that a local telephone number is required for all non-US orders over 4 pounds is incorrect... I think I know the message of mine that you're quoting, and what I was saying was that it's only *printed* on the customs form for parcels over 4 pounds - but it is electronically submitted as part of the customs form for all international parcels whether or not it's printed on the form.

And the reason that we're asking for it with the PDF is that, because the USPS is starting to require it, we've now made it a required part of all international addresses in our system. This ensures that it's there when needed, so we don't have any of your shipments delayed should you later try to use an existing address without that information.

Finally, as far Northern Ireland is concerned, I think the way the USPS has handled it has changed a couple of times over the last few years... currently, Great Britain and Northern Ireland are combined in the same destination category to them. I'll ask Gary to see about doing what the USPS does—they've now labeled it as "Great Britain/Northern Ireland."

Took me a while to get around to trying it again, but I'm here now. :) Sorted it: added the phone number to my current address and then just went straight through. Got the PDF now (to complement the hard copy). Excellent work, btw.
