It says it was shipped on the 15th. I still have not received it. I usually get this in 5 business days. It is going on 8 now.

Just want to make sure nothing happened here. Shipping address is correct in the order history.

Shipping method that I am seeing associated with this order is USPS 4-8 business days. Hopefully it will come today (the 8th day) or tomorrow. I would give it just a bit longer.

I just received my shipment in today, so I am glad about that. However, if you could have seen the way the product was shipped, you might literally "have a cow".

I would like to send an email with the pictures that I took of this so you could follow up with your warehouse. But my Bestiary and CoreRulebook were in sad shape, as the pictures can show. Tears and creases in the covers of both books. My dungeon denizens revisited, and classic monsters revisited are in decent shape, so I wont have to retun those. Please inform me of what I need to do to get this process started.

Do I wait for you to send me out another set of books with a return label? Or take it upon myself to pay for return shipping and get thos back to you?
