Has anybody thought about converting GHOSTWALK to Pathfinder?
If so, where in Golarion would seem to fit?
What would it be like if the entire world of Golarion was effected by these rules?
I had considered putting Ghostwalk into the southern portion of Arcadia. On SKR's website in his forum is my post asking about converting Ghostwalk Deities to Golarion Deities.

Geb seems like the most logical place to put Manifest (folding it's properties and even using it's map for the capital city could work), although having the area around the Whispering Tyrants tower in Ustalav also work similarly would make sense.
The Undeath Domain would be easily converted, the Ghost Domain has mostly original spells, so it would take a little more work.
