This order has had the status pending for quite some time now. Could you tell me what the status on this one really is? Is it waiting for a delayed product to be included? Are there some other problems with it?
I also noticed a previous order had been lumped together with this one, putting the total cost and weight of the package into probably the next postage charge and value added tax category. Could you give me some information regarding this?

I believe your order has gone through the processing line and should be shipping out very soon (today or maybe the next).
