I have an interesting dilemma. I attempted to place an order just a few minutes ago (about 10:00 pm PST) and I can't seem to keep from bouncing between the "select payment" screen and the screen that follows immediately after. Also, whatever gremlin seems to have taken over seems reluctant to apply the "First Ten Shipping Discount" to my order.
I have left everything in the shopping cart; anything you can do would be greatly appreciated.

OK, now I'm reaching the screen where I can place my order, so that seems to have cleared itself up. I am, however, still not getting the First Ten Shipping Discount added to my order. The "register tape" looks like this:
Subtotal (11 Items) $104.81
Shipping & Handling $9.75
--------------------------------------------------------------------------- -----
Order Total $114.56
Store Credit Applied $107.56
Payment $7.00
Nothing I have ordered is pre-order, so shouldn't S&H register as 0? Does the discount only show up after you place the order? Again, any help would be greatly appreciated...
