Hi guys, I just placed an order and almost immediately noticed that the shipping and handling price appears to be wrong. it said this
Order # 1265255
Subtotal (9 Items) $140.10
Shipping & Handling $61.29
Order Total $183.35
While the shipping advisory quote says this
3 packages via Standard Postal Delivery, 12 to 20 business days in transit, $52.48
So my understanding is that instead of paying $61.29 shipping and handling, I should be paying $52.48 less the $10 for having an order over $100 equating to a grand total of $42.48 shipping and handling.
Can you please explain why this isn't the case on my invoice?
If it helps at all I have left a duplicate of my exact order in my shopping cart so you can easily see the shipping advisory I'm talking about. Sorry for the inconvenience with this but as you'll no doubt agree the difference in the two figures is significant.
