I started a thread to cover the problems and errata of the Bestiary PDF. However, I find that other questions are showing up in there. I thought I might start a thread that would be a place to express questions and other concerns found in the bestiary so the Paizo staff would have logical places to look for things. If the Paizo staff thinks this would be too complicated or redundant they are welcome to remove this thread. So feel free to express your concerns and questions that don't directly seem a problem or errata.
