Inevitably your Pathfinder characters are going to hit up a tavern, and while the bard Gathers Information and the rogue picks some pockets what will the Dwarf Fighter and Human Barbarian do?

A drinking game of course!

So here are the rules for

DRINKFIGHT

Step One: All the players place their wagers on the table.

Step Two: Bartender Pours the Drinks.

Step Three: Each player rolls initiative. This determines Drinking Speed.

Step Four: Each player makes a Fortitude save (DC 10 for weak Alcohol, DC 15 for Strong Alcohol, DC 20 for Crazy Tequila).
If a PC fails a save they are inebriated (-1 Initiative Checks and Saves).
Fail 2 saves they are fatigued.
Fail 3 saves they are exhausted.
Fail 4 saves they are unconscious.
PCs take a -1 penalty for every 5 points of nonlethal damage they've taken.

Step Five: The winner of Initiative gets to attack their opponent first with an unarmed strike (+1 bonus to damage for smacking them with a tankard) dealing nonlethal damage.

Step Six: Repeat Steps 2-5, last conscious player wins! ^_^

So what drinking games, games of chance or skill do you include in your games, and how do you play?

WotC had a bunch of articles on Dice Games HERE

I usually do the following when people are trying to drink each other unconscious, or just drink and gather info without passing out.

Alcohol DC's
Horse P*** Ale : DC 5
Regular Ale : DC 10
Wine : DC 12
Liquor/Mead : DC 15
Dragon's Breath : DC 20

Adjustments
Drinker is Small : +5
Drinker is Tiny : +10
Drinker is Large : -5
Drinker is Huge : -10
Each Additional Drink : +2
Each Previous Failed Check : +2

Each person drinking drinks usually gets a new drink every 5 minutes (Usually real time, since they are RPing gather info, but in a drink contest, just one after the other). A character can make a Bluff or Gather Information check (DC equal to the average perception of the people they are drinking with, with appropriate penalties based on how many failed checks have happened on each side) to skip a round.

First Failure : Buzzed
Second Failure : Woozy
Third Failure : Drunk
Fourth Failure : Stumbling Drunk
Fifth Failure : Snoring in a puddle of beer
