You can use real coins at your table for less than this IF you can trust your players not to steal your real coins.
A dollar per coin is a bit steep. 15% off with Pathfinder Advantage might be handy, but even at $0.85 per coin, it's still a bit high.

They're a dollar per coin? Real money doesn't even cost that much.
As you probably know, manufacturing costs are affected tremendously by volume. It turns out that the size of our Campaign Coins run will not approach the volume of coinage minted by a national treasury.
Surprising, isn't it?

How will these be different from their regular coins? What will be specifically Golarion about them?

I found their booth at GenCon and ended up getting a handful of the coins then. They are very, very, very well made. Heavy, excellent casting and great appearance. I met the guy running the booth the evening before the show, and found him to be extremely nice and full of information. (Also a PFS fan, who wrangled time to be away from the booth to play some scenarios.)
Good product and good experiences with the folks responsible.

To start with, we will just be repackaging their basic coins. But down the line, we would really like to start doing coins of Golarion. But first things first, we need to get the basic line of coins out and in stores.
