Hey guys I was thinking about the following house rules since they seem fairly straight forward.
1. Channel Smite: Currently allows you to harm living or undead creatures depending on channelling type( positive/negative ). My house rule would also allow you to single target heal living or undead with a touch of your weapon.
2. Alignment Channel/Elemental Channel: House ruled to allow it's use with Channel Smite( including additional house rules ).
3. Command Undead/Turn Undead: House ruled as general Command Channel/Turn Channel feats. You would have to take the feat once per type of channel you wished to use with it. I.e. You could take Alignment Channel( Evil ) and Command Alignment( Evil ) and be able to have control of evil outsiders following the same rules as undead. If you had multiple Alignment Channels or you wanted Command Alignment( Evil ) and Command Undead you would grab them as feats separately.
What do you guys think?

I think that with a feat or trait that a single target channel makes sense.
I wouldn't allow it without some sort of specialization on the part of the character. Reason for this being that a feat/trait would reflect a learned 'refinement' of a character's control over their divine channel. In other words, I see the "Blast Area" channel that is standard to PFRPG as being an unrefined control, whereas as you houserule it would show a certain refined control.
(I think I just said the same thing like 3 times...I guess I'm just overcommunicating today)
That said, I like this and might adopt it for future games.

On reflection I like this. At first I was worried that it would be too powerful but making it a trade for a feat would balance it out. Otherwise you've just handed the cleric a big pile of free Cure X Wounds.
Taking a targetted healing right in the middle of combat vs. waiting until later to perform more healing instead seems like a tough choice, but the added flexibility would make the feat worth taking, I feel.
