Updating the Pathfinder campaign setting to the new Pathfinder rules

Conversions

Is there any idea of how things need to be updated for the Pathfinder setting to work smoothly with the new ruleset? I'm thinking of things like the additional abilities for Classes in the campaign setting book.

It's been suggested that the cleric option will be to swap proficiency with the dieties favored weapon for heavy armor proficiency.

Other than the monk the rest are mostly okay.

Actually, in the Pathfinder rulebook, Sorcerers no longer have a familiar, which is what they're optional power was based off of. The Ranger's option doesn't seem quite as potent as it once was, since the modifier went from 1/2 to -3 in the switch from 3.5 to PF. The option only grants a -2 modifier instead. I think most everything else was fine.

Arcane bloodline sorcerer's do have a familiar. Alternately have them give up their first bloodline power.

For rangers make it a bump to -1 if you feel its not a useful bump, though to be honest your not giving up too much, all the alternate abilities are not meant to be equal in power, just balanced against what you lose.
