Monsters from 3.5 to PF

I'm working on my game for this weekend and am trying to figure out exactly what to do with creatures like Bugbears and Centaurs.

Namely with no LA in Pathfinder and adding class levels should I just add it on top of Racial Hitdice? Do those Racial Hitdice count as a 'full level' or a Half Level for CR like NPC classes ?

Or do I just add it onto the CR of the creature?

LA only ever really mattered for Player Characters. It shouldn't enter play at all for NPCs.

Just add the number of class levels you want onto your monstrous NPCs and you're good to go. If you're wondering what CR you'll end up with after adding class levels to the monsters, the Bestiary has full guidelines on how to determine that; until the Bestiary's availalbe, you can simply go by the guidelines in the 3.5 rules. Or go by even simpler guidelines:

Adding a class that has a full Base Attack progression adds to the CR on a one-for-one ratio.
Adding any other class adds +1 to the total CR for every even numbered class level you add.
