Our group is implementing a houserule that adds any bonus you get against fear effects to your opponents' DCs to demoralize you such as the bonus Halflings and Fighters get.
Does that mean Paladins are immune to the demoralise effect of Intimidate as they're immune to fear?

That's right. A phalanx of paladins will fight to the very end.

I think technically the Paladins were already immune to Demoralize attempts (since the Aura of Courage explictly covers all sources of fear).
I agree wholeheartedly with this houserule though, and was actually surprised to discover it was needed. I think it's because when I write down the bonuses on a character sheet I abbreviate it to +2 vs fear, etc. I just always assumed it would count. :)
Presumably this would also apply to the social (or anti-social really) aspect of the Intimidate skill? All else being equal, it should be harder to Intimidate a halfling into doing something for you, and impossible when dealing with a Paladin, or others immune to fear.
