I am sure I had somewhat stumbled into a neat b&w pdf somewhere, containing dozens of pregenerated pc characters, one per each race/class combination, all first level.
Unfortunately, I forgot to bookmark its location. Now I've been searching for HOURS, on all Pathfinder-relates websites I know, but I can't find it anywhere. It's really unnerving.
Do you know what I'm talking about? Can you please point me to the correct link?

I don;t know about that, but all of hte adventure paths, and some of the modules, have pre-generated hereos:
Burnt Offerings
Howl of the Carrion King
Edge of Anarchy
Shadow in the Sky
Bastards of Erebus
All have good 1st level characters
