I have a player in my game who has serious problems with dice. The other players joke that her average roll is somewhere south of 5. They suggested that she start her next character with all the Luck feats from the Complete Scoundrel.
After looking over what they had I was disappointed about the consistency so I have rewrorked them for my game. One or two of these feats are quite nice but it doesn't become truly powerful unless you are willing to commit at least 6 feats to the chain.

Pushing Your Luck (Luck)
Let’s not do that again.

When this is taken your lowest saving throw gains a +2 if two or more of your saves you may chose which to apply it to. If your lowest save changes later this bonus will shift to the new lowest. This change may only be applied when you roll for hit points upon gaining a level.

Special: If you use one of these rerolls for Better Lucky Than Good the result will not be a critical threat or an automatic success. If the character has the Make your own luck feat this restriction and the -2 on rerolls is waved.
