Probably just remove the prerequisite all together. What feats were there that required ranks in Concentration?
Two examples are Chant of Fortitude and Ironskin Chant from Complete Adventurer. Both are Bardic Music feats. And if you want to do Pathfinder psionics, there's Psionic Meditation from the Expanded Psionics Handbook.

If you feel simply removing Concentration prerequisites makes these feats to accessible, replace Concentration (X Ranks) with Perform (any)(X ranks), or Psicraft, or Knowledge (paper mache), or whatever. If the feat already has a skill requirement in addition to Concentration, it's probably safe to just remove the Concentration requirement and call it "updated."

So not a huge deal since it's all of around 3-5 feats that were in 3.5 WotC products then. I'd say if your worried about abuse give them a require character level equal to the minimum level you could get them with max ranks in concentration.
So for instance, if you needed 5 ranks, then you need to be character level 2, etc.

I would say caster level rather than character level, since Concentration was a class-skill for spellcasters only.
