For characters still working on their background, here are the Golarian-to-Trelania country conversions:
Andoran=The Southlands: South of Sasserine, west of Palajia, the rugged terrain of the Southlands is rich with natural resources and fiercely independent of its neighbors. Dominated by barbarian tribes, the Southlands has long protected those oppressed by other nations, particularly Palajia. Pockets of civilization exist, often marrying the sensibilities of Orc or Human tribes that such communities absorb with the seafaring traditions of former Palajian citizens.
Cheliax=Palajia: The Palajian Empire is a vast coastal kingdom to the east with unfulfilled designs on the port of Sasserine. Sasserine was once a distant outpost of the empire, but centuries of lax enforcement and pirate-ravaged seas ultimately lost them control of their prize(Sasserine has since reverted to self-rule and opened up trading routes with Borsch and the Southlands). Slavery is common in Palajia, as is open worship of devils by the aristocracy.
Osirion=The Skree Wastes: Skree was once the most fertile and prosperous nation of the civilized world. Now, it is a swampy wasteland, cursed with a living death along with all those who lived under the reign of its last and greatest king, Voltang the Northman. The living share an uneasy peace with the undead in Skree, avoiding those areas that have been claimed by malignant undead and relying on the protection of Voltang, cursed as a lich since the fall of his empire, to keep the mindless undead at bay.
Qadira=Clockwork Oasis: Founded by the Gnome wizard Widnipper Nackle in the vast deserts east of Palajia, the Clockwork Oasis is a city-nation on thousands of mechanical legs, protected from the harsh climate and desert raiders by engineering innovations and powerful magic. It is a technological marvel made possible by the union of Gnome and Kobold craftsmen, long enemies elsewhere in the world but united by Palajian oppression, and the labor of intelligent constructs who tirelessly operate the walking city.
Taldor=Borsch: When Skree was a vibrant Empire, Borsch was already in decline. A thousand years later, the small, wealthy state to the west of Skree is not so much a nation as a collection of cutthroats, thieves and pirates living under a mass delusion of nobility. The last noble Borsch bloodlines died centuries ago, but their mansions and noble names live on, purchased by pirate captains seeking a decadent retirements, won in Scuttlecove card games by unsavory assassins and rogues, or simply stolen by charlatans claiming to be long-lost descendents. Despite questionable pedigrees, the current lords and ladies of Borsch play their roles with applomb, and a thriving economy has grown around the deception.

Posting to get dot
Before I get the main thread started, I want everyone to think of something heroic/notable their characters did in recent history. At first level, it doesn't have to be earth-shattering, but I would like it to be unique enough to start your character's reputation in the city of Sasserine.
Once I get everyone's sheets and backgrounds, we should be able to get started. Welcome to the Savage Tide, everyone.
Ghirrak Ironfist
I would say that coming from the Champions' District, Ghirrak is the recent winner of a low level tournament he entered in his quest to improve his combat skills.

Dad was human, mom an elf.
Excellent. And I'm very happy with everyone's sheets so far.
I'm looking at the epicwords.com website and trying to decide if it's worth it for the campaign. If it doesn't cost much to upload files, the wiki and download sections could make it a lot easier to get information to everyone. I have many, many maps. Long live Dungeon Supplements. <g>

Fantastic... I really hope this campaign will have a very long and heroic life... The site you are looking for seems interesting...
In the meantime I'm going to read Savage Tide palyer guide because even if I lost my memory who knows... perhaps some dejavu...
In the meantime... some of you friends would like to replace B guy cleric in my background?
Gull Street Annie
I figure Annie has been working at The Plucked Parrot for a while, first as a dishwasher and now as a server. Moving to the front room has its own share of problems, as customers in Shadowshore tend to be a rough group and Annie's a pretty girl, but her force of personality has been useful to keep things under control, and she has enough fans in the area now that if anyone gets too forward, some of the regulars will step in if Annie can't handle the issue herself.
One night, a particularly drunk group of young men wouldn't take no for an answer, and even Annie's quick feet weren't enough to get her out of trouble. Two burly ship builders, regulars from the shipwright's guild, started a brawl in defense of their favorite server, and as Annie backed away from the violence, knives came out.
Within minutes the entire tavern was in shambles and everyone but the frightened Annie lay bleeding or unconcious on the floor. One of her initial defenders was covered in blood and unmoving on the floor, his assailant long gone in the confusion, and her employer and the other server were cowering behind the bar. Annie fumbled with bandages in an effort to save the dying man, but she could see bandages wouldn't be enough. The need of the patrons struck her heart as she knelt over the ship builder's body, and she sent a plea to Cayden Cailean, as she'd been taught at the orphanage. To her surprise, a golden glow washed through the tavern, and many of the injured patrons stumbled to their feet, wounds closed and bruises gone. The man before her, while still injured, blinked his eyes open, and his wounds closed enough that she was able to bandage him.
No one saw exactly what happened, and local gossip disagrees on the cause of the bloody battle where nearly everyone was able to walk home, but Annie's considered the official good luck charm of the neighborhood. She hasn't revealed exactly what happened, as she's still trying to absorb her new ability herself. She's been practicing her new abilities around the tavern, keeping the place running smoothly and calming or lessening the impact of fights when they break out.
Edit: I won't post in the main thread until I know things are okay. :)

I like this a lot, so much so that I'm going to make a tiny edit for story purposes. The group of young men that tried to rough up Annie were sitting with one of the regulars, a harbor laborer called Soller Vark. Vark had been plying Annie with vulgar suggestions for as long as she'd worked at the Plucked Parrot, but he didn't have much follow-through. Surrounded by a group of younger men, however, Vark grew bold and nudged his companions into making a move on Annie. When the guildsmen stepped in to defend her, it was Vark who drew the first blade and stabbed one of the shipwrights while he was still unarmed. Another regular with a soft spot for Annie, a rough old scallywag by the name of Penkus drew his own sword and joined the fray. Before long, Vark slipped out of the fight, relatively unscathed, while most everyone else, including Penkus ended up bloody, beaten, or in the case of the stabbed shipwright, nearly dead. When Annie's prayer healed the wounded, old Penkus, as superstitious as he was coarse, slipped some gold coins into her hand as thanks and left the bar before the city guards could arrive and question him.
He hasn't been back to the Parrot since that night, nor has Vark, but you've heard rumors that someone gave Vark the beating of his life and left a single cut across his nose as a reminder to be more "sportsman-like" in a fight.
If you approve of these minor additions, hop on over to the main thread and post. Welcome aboard!

Still trying to think up a good bloodline... thinking about avoiding the elemental water.. but it's so tempting..
Glad you're still with us. = ) If you're tempted, you should go for it. Cold is a very useful energy type and that swim speed will come in handy, as will knowledge of the planes...
Zomm
Okay I took the aberrant bloodline and tied it into my background pretty thoroughly.. I also chose a Sasserine District feat Knack For Magic if that's okay... the character history is at the bottom with a semi-heroic deed.
Let me know if this is good to go with or if there are any changes I need to make.

Knack for Magic is fine, but I think you still need a second trait. I decided to let everyone take two, including those in the Savage Tide Player's Guide.
I like your background, very detailed and thorough, and very interesting. Your heroic act, ironically, is very similar to Gull Street Annie's heroic act, except that she was the barmaid and ruffians attacked her. It works, but I would have serious concerns for any daughters who wanted to be barmaids in Sasserine. It seems like a more dangerous profession than adventuring. :)
We'll talk more about your backstory(I like weaving character stories into the larger adventure), but for now you're cleared to start posting in the main thread. Once you give a little description of where you are and what you're doing, a little halfling will no doubt find you...

It's a dangerous job, but someone's got to do it! Otherwise no one would get their hot wings!

If that's the case I need a new feat as well, as I took it as my human bonus... or do you mean just take a trait?
Actually you're right, you need a feat AND a trait, then. The Sasserine feats count as traits for the purposes of this AP, and you get to pick two traits, including what's in the Pathfinder RPG Traits and the Pathfinder Society Organized Play guide.
EDIT: Oh, and don't forget to add Raduloket to the list of people who can edit your character sheet.

They just seem more approachable, and ruffians/drunkies alike find this to be too much of an invitation, I'm sure.
I chose Mobility for the feat and Suspicious for my trait... seemed fitting.
EDIT: and let me know if you have access to edit now, I think I did it right.

Arr. Spinnaker Jon be done but for some skill and equipment tweaks.
The note he's reading from was given to him by some barfly buddies down at the Bloodthirsty Pelican (#6 in the Azure District) who knew he was looking for work.
In actuality it was forged by those bastards in The Empty Grave tavern from across the canal as a practical joke.
It reads:
"Jade Ravens mercenary company seek replacement for old sorcerer. See Captain Tolin at the Vanderboren estate."
Oh, and can ya give an old salt some advice about putting an image on the character sheet? I can't seem to manage it...:(

Nicely done, and the trick to putting an image on the sheet is that you need to find one that's already posted on a website somewhere else. You can't add an image, only an html link. Just right click on an image you like on any website and copy link location. Then, double click on the image spot in myth-weavers and paste the link.

OK, Spinnaker Jon is complete. Still no luck with the Character Portrait; can you try?
Okay, I think I found the problem(too many links within links), and I've taken a closer look at your sheets and realized you were using Occupation and Drawback rules that I wasn't actually using. I only recently got a look at the Tome of Secrets and probably would have allowed it for character creation if I'd owned it when I opened the campaign.
Rather than ask you to remove the Occupation and Drawback(especially since both are nicely integrated into your background), I'm going to look at the occupations and grant them to everyone else according to their backgrounds(suggestions welcome if any of the other players have the Tome of Secrets), and allow anyone who wants additional skill points to consider taking a drawback. It's not an option I imagine everyone will be keen on, which is why I won't be handing those out automatically.

Everyone's been doing such an excellent job developing their characters and interacting with the Jade Ravens that I've decided to give everyone a permanent boost to reflect their written backgrounds. The idea was actually inspired by Spinnaker Jon's character sheet and involves your former occupations. The Tome of Secrets, as I have recently seen, has suggested rules for occupations and I've added one of these bonus packages to each of your characters(except you, Jon...your bonuses were already added).
Each occupation involves selecting bonus class skills or a +1 to existing class skills, and most of them come with a bonus feat or choice of bonus feats as well, so head on over to your character sheets at Myth-Weavers and update your sheets accordingly. If you already have the bonus feat you'd like to select, choose any other feat you would have qualified for at 1st level(as though you had received the bonus feat at character creation).
If any of you have the Tome of Secrets, you are welcome to choose a Drawback from the book to gain four additional skill ranks...but that's not exactly a bonus, just an option I thought was interesting enough to offer.
You're doing a great job, everyone. Now that Lavinia has offered them a job, I'm looking forward to what comes next as we get into the meat of the adventure.

Do you have any firm ideas about the moneylender? Let me know. I can think of a person or two who'd fit the bill nicely, if you don't already have something in mind.
I hope you don't mind me giving names to a few of your regulars. I thought it would be a nice touch.
No, I don't have anyone in particular in mind. I just figured the memory would be seared into Annie's brain, given her natural pride. name the regulars away! I have no issues with that at all! I purposely leave that stuff as open as possible to avoid creating problems with the story. The only person I named was Sibby, one of my roommates, for this reason.
I'm picking Diplomacy and Perception as my skill bonus, and Nimble Moves as my bonus feat, they fit the character better.

Diplomacy is a good fit for the character. Don't forget that you get two class skills from that list. : )

Doh!
Sorry, I was making three characters at the same time and they all got the Occupation package and drawbacks. If you want them out, it's cool. I'd just RP them then.

Thanks for the reminder! I picked perception - I figure she's got her eyes open most of the time.

Here's my choices:
stealth is a class skill
+1 competence bonus to handle animal and survival
bonus feat: alertnessI don't have it the Tome of Secrets yet, but I might want to take a drawback. Will I be able to do so later? Or maybe you can suggest one for me.
I'll see which ones fit the character and suggest them on your sheet.

Looks like we have all of the bases (tank, skill monkey, healer, and spell-whip) covered twice. Though it is sad that we have a sorcerer redundancy rather than a sorcerer and a wizard. Oh well.
Also, are the new classes in ToS allowed (in case I need a new character soon)?
I'm sticking with core classes for now, but keep your eyes open throughout the game as I might just drop in some NPCs that have them(and could teach them to the rest of you). That's how I'll handle feats from outside the core rules and prestige classes as well.

Nice, I like the organic approach

Thanks for the new character portrait! Believe it or not I serously concidered a peg leg for my Character Drawback...;)
Dgrim: I would reccomend either,
Abrasive: You have a way of rubbing people the wrong way when you speak. Add +5 to any Diplomacy DC to change attitudes.
Hard of Hearing: You have lost part of your hearing, making it difficult to be aware of all sounds surrounding you. You also have a problem being stealthy. -2 on sound based perception checks and Stealth checks.
Uncomely: You are particulary unattractive to other people. -2 circumstance penalty to Bluff or Diplomacy checks when dealing with someone of the other gender.

I integrated the occupation into the character sheet.
Is that coin Dgrim has in his inventory?
I don't have ToS. Is there a drawback you would recommend for Dgrim?
Yes, the coin is part of his inventory. Expect it to play a role later, but he's free to seek answers about it in his downtime.
Spinnaker Jon beat me to the punch on the drawback suggestions. = )
