I asked about this last month, and was told it should get updated sometime, but I went back to my orders and still saw this:

Is there any way to have the system put both October items into the same package and send them with combined shipping? The shipping price on the GM screen is a bit absurd since I'd expect it could be put into the same box with the Bestiary with far more secure packaging and hardly any extra postage.

Until we actually have inventory in our warehouse, our system gives you a worst-case estimate, based on the assumption that each item will arrive separately. That's why the column header for the S&H reads "Estimated Current Shipping & Handling", and why we also provide the following disclaimer at the top of your subscriptions page, just above the text you quoted: "The shipments listed below are estimates based on current data, but are subject to change."
We expect that the GM Screen and the Bestiary will in fact arrive together. Once we have them in our warehouse, we'll start to pre-process orders, at which point in-stock items will be combined, and the page will be updated with the combined shipping information.
