RE:
Improved Iron Will
Improved Great Fortitude
Improved Lightning Reflexes

To me, this feat seems pretty weak. In the very least it should allow you to once a day make a re-roll after a failed result.

I am not a big fan of use once a day feats (especially since in this case, the reroll is still not guaranteed to help you). So I am thinking of adding an additional static bonus. What do people think about the balance of this:

IMPROVED IRON WILL
Prerequisite: Iron Will
Benefit: You gain a +1 bonus on all Will saving throws. Additionally, once per day, you may re-roll a failed Will save. You must take the re-rolled result.

Sounds perfectly fine. But then, for my games I use this:

Iron Will:
Iron Will [Combat]

You are able to grit your teeth and shake off mental influences.

+0 BAB: You gain a +3 bonus to your Willpower saves.

+1 BAB: You gain the slippery mind ability of a Rogue.

+6 BAB: If you are stunned, you are dazed instead.

+11 BAB: You do not suffer penalties from pain and fear.

+16 BAB: You are immune to compulsion effects.

I've never been a fan of the one feat which magically blossoms into 5 feats as you gain levels.

On the other hand, if all your feats do that you're fine. Just changing what 'feat' means in your game.

Yes, I have around 50 or so of those available to anyone that wants to use them. Balances out against the spells that get better over the levels.

My idea is:

SAVE RE-ROLLS

Due to exposure to pain, damage, combat and general hurt, some classes are better at avoiding danger.

fast BAB classes get 3 save re-rolls /day
medium BAB clasess - 2/day
slow BAB classes - 1/day
