Okay so how would you handle a Naga bloodline for a sorcerer?
I was inspired by a throwaway line in the Legacy of Fire players guide where they mention "Naga Kin of Vudra".
Core focus on Ench(Charm); probably give them poison resistance and some kind of poison attack somewhere too.

How would you handle Nagas mating with a human? The premise is too distasteful to be taken seriously.
Same way you handle someone with a fire elemental or undead bloodline, assume that they probably didn't have physical sex, but that the human bloodline has been magically touched by the essence of elemental fire or necromantic energies, as a result of a genie blessing, magical experimentation, a freak event, exposure to planar energies, a near-brush with death as a result of those forces, or something else.
Someone who had been blessed by a guardian naga priest, or survived a ritual involving ingesting naga venom to prove their worth, or who has an ancestor who was said to have been cursed to spend time as a naga guardian of a treasure he attempted to steal from a temple, or whatever could end up with a 'naga bloodline.'
Naga properties to consider;
1st - Poison bite
8th - Spit venom?
8th - Arcane versions of the spells from the Chaos, Evil, Good and Law Domains are added to your Sor/Wiz list and you can choose them as Spells Known. You must have the alignment type of the Domain in question, so a CG Naga-kin Sorcerer could choose align weapon (chaos or good only), blade barrier, animate objects, holy word, etc. as Spells Known.
Spells to consider
1st - Charm Person
2nd - Detect Thoughts
3rd - Suggestion
4th - Poison
