What are the guidelines for using the logo for games I plan on doing at my locla shop. I wanna make a recruitment flyer and curious iof I can use the logo on it.

Check out Paizo's Community Use Policy. I think you'll find the logo there along with a slew of other images and content that you can legally use as long as you include the proper legal text.
Edit: Paizo also made a downloadable One Sheet advertising the campaign, so you might not even need to make your own flyer, unless you want to use a local store's logo or name or customize the copy text.
