$10 discount on Subscription Shipments?

I noticed something, I did not get the -$10 shipment discount on my subscription order that went over $100.. Do you guys consider Subscriptions pre order?

Paizo will pay the first $10 in shipping and handling for orders of $100 or more of non-subscription, non-preorder products.
