Consensus Government Model needing Vote
"Every Act of Government, Law, Constitution, and/or Sovereign shall require the direct and regular approval of every Citizen."
WHAT IS A YES VOTE? Is requiring the approval of every citizen directly and regularly a political freedom, a civil right, or both? It ensures everyone goes in the same direction only when every one approves of that direction. It ensures nothing happens without the approval of the individual. It ensures your view is represented.
On the surface it seems to be the ideal civil right, but it subjects the individual to the will of those around him. If murder is not a crime, your neighbour might kill you freely and without reservation. The risk of not knowing the current state of the law would be that you think it a crime to kill, but your neighbour knows better - and voted NO so as to ensure he could kill you.
WHAT FORM OF GOVERNMENT IS THIS? Is it Advanced Anarchy or is it Consesnsus Government? Certainly it is Consensus Government, because Government does not happen without consent, but when there is no consensus it allows one individual to remove another point of view permanently through force of violence without repercussion. But this non-consensus activity is also a process of government. Is this Murderocracy?
Discuss.
