Casually thinking about making a RPG book

Okay so I've been monkeying around with DnD rules for a while now and I think that I could create something that might be worth selling. My problems, I'm the worst artist on the planet and I can't do a PDF worth a damn, as such I was just curious to know if anyone here was interested in working with me to create something. I need an artist and a person who knows how to build a nice looking PDF. You can be one or the other, if you're both even better. Work would be done through e-mail (unless you live near Sanford FL) Payment would have to be based on sales, but I'm pretty sure I'll split it pretty close to even amongst all colaborators. So anyone interested, I'm also open to having said artists/pdf builders be co-authors, but I'd have final say on content. and once again, right now I'm just fishing for interested parties and seeing how serious people are, so don't take this as some kind of garunteed new publishing company :)

Of course it will be 100% pathfinder compatable.

Nothing huh, oh well guess cest la vie.

More details on your projects would be helpful. What style of art are you looking for - black & white, color, inked line art? What genre of art - steampunk, standard fantasy, "gritty" fantasy? How big of a project are we talkin' about here? How many words?

I ask because I'm curious. :)

Well I hadn't given it much thought, I tend to prefer a more realistic style, but I'm open to anything really, I'd just tell the artist what I want and let him/her go free reign. Black and white as opposed to color would be something for the person building the PDF to decide, since I basically was planning on having this be a digital only product.

As far as projects go I had a few ideas but hadn't settled on it.
Some ideas were

a book that offers mechanics and different ways of running the existing pathfinder rules to give them a feel more like older editions without actually taking away anything like feats or skill points etc.

a book to offering advice and mechanics to have a more light hearted, humour driven game.

A book focusing on combat manuevers, expanding them with new manuevers, feats, PrCs, and maybe even a class.

I have already designed things before for all of the above. So really it's just a matter of expanding and filling out what was already floating around in the back of my head.

Thinking about it more, I think the one I'm most interested in would be the book expanding combat manuevers, because there is so much untapped potential in the system.

As far as size, it'd probably be somewhere around 50-100 pages not every page requiring an illustration obviously, but somewhere around 20 unique drawings of various size. But of course this is the rough idea, it may change if I can start really delving into it becoming shorter or longer depending on layout and how much I can actually write on the subject.
