I have added the PFRPG, the cards, and the maps to my subscription.
Would it be better to have my stuff shipped with my Pathfinder suscriptions or have it shipped once a month (which would ship even when Pathfinder is late, but then I have to wait an extra month if the book is late).
Also, if I do ship once a month, on what day of the month is shipping day?

Last question first—there's no set day; we ship when everything that's set to arrive that month has arrived. For example, everything that's scheduled for August has already arrived, so monthly shipments will start to go out this week.
As for what's best, that's up to you. If you want to get the AP into your hands as soon as possible no matter what, choose to hold for the AP. If you don't mind the AP sitting for a week or two while we wait for, say, some Item Cards to arrive, go for the monthly shipment.
