Adding items to subscriptions shipments and PfRPG

I was just wondering: I bought an item in your store and had it added to my next (August) subscription shipment to save on shipping. The item is one of those "usually ships in 5-11 business days."

Will that delay my subscription shipment 5-11 business days, or do the 5-11 business days start to count down from the time I ordered so it won't delay my receiving the RPG book?

And, how glad will the customer service team be when the book actually ships and you won't have to field these types of questions all day anymore? :)


The way it works right now is that when your subscription is ready to ship, it looks at what else in the order can ship right then and those that are ready ship with the subscription shipment, and those that aren't wait until the next subscription shipment. However, we're still working on the best way for this to work, and there may be some changes.
