I'm showing that an international shipping discount of $5.32 was applied to this order. The order does not qualify for the first ten shipping discount because the subtotal is less than the $100 requirement.

I looked in my invoice and there is no reduction - it is missing the $5 odd dollars.

I can not see it currently as I usually can.

It looks like there's a display error. In one portion of your order I see that shipping and handling is just straight up $15.00. In another portion, I'm showing that it's:
$20.32
-$5.32 automatic discount
for a total of $15.00

Either way, it looks like the shipping for this order comes to $15.00.

In closer examination I can see the difference. Odd how the discount has not shown up.
