Well, I just recieved my order, and everything look great, until I tried to piece together my Great Mother figure. I'm missing a few parts.

As seen from the front of the picture, I'm missing the lower right mouth tentacle, and if I count all the holes in the mini, I'm missing two of those eye-ball thingys on a stick. Any chance I can get these pieces sent to me?

I hate to say this, but I got the 2nd mini today. And again, the mini had been packaged incorrectly. Instead of missing one major arm, I am now missing two (one of which is the same original piece), and I have a duplicate of one of the remaining ones.

I am more than willing to send these items back to you guys. I still have the new box the mini came in. I can package both of them up and send them out. The box was well sealed, so the pieces didn't slip out during shipping (but there was no padding in the box, so the mini package had broken open).

Please, can we resolve this? I really like how this mini looks and have been looking forward to having it for quite a while.

any word on the resolution to this? I can just bring them to GENCON if that'll be eAsier and we can exchange there.
