but it is listed as the next product in the RPG subscription section. Is this still a problem? I thought the chart was just examples of shipments and not a definitive guide or I would have brought this up sooner. I'm glad someone did though.
Whether it's a problem actually depends on whether or not you have "hold for monthly shipment" or "hold for Pathfinder" selected. If you do, your book is supposed to be automatically moved to your sidecart to ship with the rest of your subscription shipment, and if you're having this problem, that means that the book wasn't moved as it should have been. So the problem is that it is set to ship separately when it should ship with everything else.
If you don't have either of those options selected (which you don't), then the problem is just a minor display error in our system.
Just to be on the safe side, I went ahead and moved the book to your side cart, so it should display correctly now.
If you would like me to move it to its own separate order, as it was originally (just not displaying correctly), just let me know and I can do that too.
