Core Rules Book not showing as a subscription item for me?

I subscribed right after the sub was announced, and at the time it showed the PFRPG book in my subscriptions. Then I added a Pathfinder AP subscription, as well as a massive order during the warehouse sale.

I configured it so that the first AP volume and my big sale order would ship together. That was fine.

Now... when I look at my "My Subscriptions" page, I just see the Bestiary and other items showing up. I don't know if I accidentally did something to remove the PFRPG, but.. I did want it! Free PDF, after all!

Oh, also - will I be getting the AP Subscribers discount on the RPG once it ships? I assumed so.

The Pathfinder Roleplaying Game Core Rulebook was not correctly moved to your sidecart when your subscription started (which our system was supposed to do automatically). I moved it manually, so it should now display correctly on your My Subscriptions page.

As for the Pathfinder Advantage discount, I can't tell the system to apply it to the Core Rulebook yet because the first issue of your Pathfinder Adventure Path subscription hasn't shipped yet. Once Pathfinder #24 ships, send us an email and I'll tell the system to apply the discount.

I've got a similar problem it's not listed under the my subscriptions page, in the list of upcoming shipments, everything else seems to be right but no Core rule book.

I'm having the same problem. Could someone please add it /check it for me? It shows up as my next item - but while I see the shipment scheduled for the Bestiary/Screen - the Rule book isn't showing up.

Guess it's good I started this post, sounds like I'm not the only one.

I'll just watch for the shipment of the Pathfinder AP volume, and mention this again then. Thanks!
