Help finding a magic item for teleport.

I know I read somewhere recently that there's a magic item that gives you a teleport as the 5th level spell once/day. It was relatively cheap magic item, but I can't seem to remember what 3.5 edition book it was from or what it was called?

My ranger needs a way to teleport back to his keep occasionally, that he drew from the deck of many things, and I'm hoping theres something for under 20,000 gp.

We're working on the rise of the runelords adventure path,and I've been handeed the keys to fort rannick,but we are never there,since we are in the later modules of the series.I want to find a fast way to travel between magnimar/sandpoint and fort rannick for those moments when we have down time.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Boots of Teleportation are 49,000 gp, but they let you teleport 3/day. A lesser, 1/day version would be 16,500 gp, or there abouts. CL 9th.

You could always curry favor from the Chelaxian Sorcerer who just happens to have Teleport ;) ;) :D

In the Magic Item Compendium is an item called Dimension Stride Boots. I am pretty sure that's what you're looking for.
