I know there was a discussion about use of expendable items in the course of a scenario (and not having to buy them unless you didn't use them but carried them over to the next one) but I can't seem to find it now. I was wondering if the same applies to wizards scribing these same scrolls into their spellbooks, assuming they pay the cost for materials at outlined in the PHB. Will this be clarified in v2.0?
