I'm currently running Spires of Xin-Shalast and am wanting to add some Leng planar traits to the various levels of the city.
Have the traits been listed somewhere? If not, what should they be?
We haven't done much with Leng outside of Pathfinder 6, but it happens to be a creation about which a LOT has been written over the past 75 years or so. I'm eager to see what some folks come up with! :)

I'm assuming that Leng is in some form or another a piece of real estate in the dreamlands...
In the dreamlands, time is variable. A night sleeping in the waking world could mean a week in the dreamlands, but apparently it's not set in stone.
I think normal gravity is in play.
The plane of dreams is divinely morphic, although certain powerful dreamers can also control reality therein.
I'd say it's at least mildly chaotic.
There's also caves to a lot of places here and there on the plateau.
If you want some kind of elemental aligning, I'd go with air.....it's a windswept plateau and though it's not inferred, well this'll give an excuse to send flying creatures after high-level characters who are pulling the "invisible flying superfriends" scheme.

It's like Ravenloft essentially in the Dreamlands; there's these select few powerful dreamer types that can make their own realm by power of thought.
I'm thinking that Leng might be some kind of central axis in multiple dreamlands. The dreamlands of earth and of golarion might be separate, but they both have a "Leng" connecting them.
I might have read that in PF #6; I can't recall right now.
