I was looking at the cost of shipping of shirts and found some odd differences in prices to Australia. I would of thought that all the shirts you offer for sale would be the same price for the same size to ship. Obviously differing shipping cost for varying sizes.
This is a summary of shipping costs of one shirt for different shirts in XXXL:
Dungeon Warduke T-Shirt $4.86
Paizo Golem T-Shirt—Limited Edition $5.87
Pathfinder T-Shirt: Gray Maidens $6.88
Undefeated T-Shirt $4.86
Pathfinder Society T-Shirt: Osirion Faction $5.87
Granted that the Warduke and Undefeated shirts appear to be made of different matieral (heavy cotton) from the other three (100% cotton) yet are cheaper. So in the worse case scenario the other three shirts should be the same price. I investigated the other sizes and found a similar difference. I would not have thought that different yet similar materials would effect the weight of a tshirt that much.
I also noticed that when I ordered one of each shirt except for the undefeated, which was 2, that shipping blows out to $47. Strange thing is that I can order 9 Undefeated shirts for just over $20!
There appears to be some error with the shipping calculations and values and/or weights of the shirts that needs to be looked into. I am hoping to get my faction shirt and a few others for my birthday and before June 30th. :)

In this case, volume is the important factor, not weight.
The Warduke and Undefeated T-shirts are stored loose in our warehouse, which means we can fold or roll them into any shape we want, and we can ship them in a cardboard or mylar envelope if they're not going with other items that need a box.
The Paizo Golem and Pathfinder Society T-shirts have been compressed into a shrinkwrapped triangular package which is something like three or four inches per side, and the height varies based on the size of the shirt. Small shirts are something like half an inch thick, while XXXLs are well over an inch thick. Anything over about .8" thick needs to go into a box, and the box itself weighs more than an envelope, so that accounts for the extra postage cost. (Don't hold me exactly to any of the numbers I'm giving here—I don't have access to our database, so these are all just estimates.)
I'll have to check on the Grey Maidens shirt on Monday. They're stored loose, and I can't immediately think of why they'd cost any more than the Warduke or Undefeated shirt to ship. It's possible they're a heavier material, but I wouldn't think they'd be *that* heavy. On the other hand, there's a big price difference between "just under a pound" and "just over a pound," so it could be that even if the shirts are only different by an ounce or two, the net package weight could have broken the one-pound barrier.

Ok... it turns out that the real reason the Undefeated and Dungeon shirts were shipping so cheaply is that we had the Small weight entered for the XXXL product. They now match the Grey Maidens shirt.
And the reason those three cost more to ship than the compressed triangles is that all of them do default to boxes, not envelopes, but the compressed shirts fit into a smaller (and thus lighter) box.
