I put a ton of the NPC pics on photobucket so that I could post them on my campaign's message board when appropriate. I'm not sure how photobucket works, but I'm pretty sure anyone can go check it out.
You'll notice that there are some "extra" pics in there. For some NPCs that weren't pictured, I stole pics from other places to use in my campaign. There might also be a handful of names you don't recognize, which would be NPCs I made up for whatever reason.
Anyway, I believe it contains all of the NPCs throughout the Rise of the Runelords adventure path, plus some more. Here's the link to all the pics:
Hope you find it useful!

Uh, hate to be the fly in the ointment, but I'm not sure this is legal. Don't be surprised if you get a virtual visit from vic soon.
Eeek -- really? I definitely don't want to do anything that's not kosher..... I like being able to post the pictures for my players to see. Would the issue be in making them "widely available" to others??
Please advise!

I disabled public viewing until I hear whether it's okay...........
I used to post the same extracted images to my conversion blog, but once it started seeing wide use I sent James Jacobs an e-mail asking if I ought to take the images down. His answer was that I should. I imagine you'll see the same response on this.

Yup. We don't have a problem with someone setting up a private method of showing images from a Paizo product to their PCs, be that just holding up your book and showing the image, cutting the image out of the book, scanning it and showing the image on your computer or phone... all of that's the same.
It's when you make those images publicly available and accessible that the problems start up.
The Community Use rules cover it all in detail.
