So in 2008 at Gen Con UK I set up the Paizo Fan Meet up, this year I will be at Gen Con Indy and would like to do the same!

I am hoping to get together either Friday or Saturday with all the Fans of Paizo (Pathfinder Society)who will be at Gen Con and have some fun!

Here is the hard part, the place I am looking set this up has to have good food, and be a place we can be merry (drink). I am not familiar with indianapolis so I am hoping some people can make some great suggestions for a place I can make reservations at.

I am hoping that some of us Paizo Forum members can get together and have a good time! As always the folks from Paizo are invited!

Unless I get major push back, for now I will assume this can happen on Friday at 9pm.

I am very much looking forward to meeting you all! Will be nice to meet some of you guys in the US. In a year I should be back there so I am also Looking forward to going to PaizoCon 2010!

Ugggg..

well stupid me... I forgot I was running a Pathfinder game until 10PM on Friday..
So either we could have it really late on Friday... Or even better.. Saturday night.. what ya all think?

I'd say really late on Friday would be fine. Most hotels have lounges that make great meetup locations. What hotel is the Paizo staff using? We'll use their hotel's lounge :)

1) The Ram Restaurant & Brewery. The owner is a gamer himself, there is a gaming room with tables right on the premises, and during GenCon that's where most folks get together, i.e. it's packed ! 8)

but I'm more partial to...

2) Alcatraz Brewing Co.. Slightly less packed that the Ram during GenCon, and has more of a "sports bar" feel to it, but I think the beer and the food are better 8)

My advise: start with the Ram, might be easier to get reservations there.
